Legacy Gymnastics is Birmingham's newest gymnastics facility. Our coaching staff is made up of three former teammates that bring a unique combination of youthful enthusiasm, team unity, and love for the sport that has spanned the past two decades. The coaching staff consist of Brianna Salter Mitchell (Legacy owner and head coach), Bethany Bell Buchanan (girls assistant head coach), Sarah Lewis Griggs (girls assistant head coach), Steven Mitchell (assistant boys and girls coach), Austin Baggett (assistant boys coach).

Legacy Gymnastics offers recreational and competitive team program for girls and boys from 18 months to 18 years old. More information on our classes (including time and costs) can be found on our Class Schedule page.
