Skill clinics are 1 hour clinics that focus on specific
skills.

-At the Floor Basics Clinics we focus on Forward Rolls, Handstands, & Cartwheels.

-At the Back Handspring Clinics we teach how to learn a backhandspring the
correct way while having fun and being safe.

-At the Bar and Beam clinics they will be working on the following skills:
Chin up Pull-overs, Casts, and Back Hip Circles for Bars. And Walking, Kicking, Jumping, Handstands, & Side Handstands for Beam.
